Rename Blank File  to Templum System Packager.exe
Do not delete 'Package.ini'. This file contains the package info.
Do not delete 'xFormPulse.dll'
Do not delete 'Settings.ini'

.Theme File and Theme Folder should have the same name.
E.g= Windows.Theme(Theme File) and Windows(Folder that contains .msstyles)

Explorer Frame bitmaps should be in "ExplorerFrame" folder
Pinned Items Icons should be in "PinnedItems" Folder
Cursors should be in "Cursors" folder
Theme should be in "Theme" folder

Take Ownership :

%windir%\System32 (32 Bit users)
%windir%\System32 | %windir%\SysWOW64 (64 Bit users)


-Create a Package from scratch
-Edit a Package(Click on Picture Boxes)
-Restore System Appearance

How to use:

1.- Run as Administrator Templum System Packager.exe
2.- Select a Package
3.- Click 'Apply Package'. You can select where to apply changes.
4.- Click 'OK'. Wait a few seconds(Templum System Packager may freeze while applying changes)
5.- Done!

How to Restore:

1.- Click 'Restore' and then click 'OK'. Wait a few seconds(Templum System Packager may freeze while restoring). This will restore to your System Appearance when you ran for firs time Templum System Packager(except Windows Theme)
2.- Done!

How to Use: 

1.- Run as Administrator 7 Folder Background Customizer
2.- The explorer will restart. Now the files are installed.
3.- Select a folder and browse a background image. When done click apply changes. Also you can apply selected background image to subfolders or shadow the text.
4.- Done!

Info: FolderCMD.exe is part of this app. Anyways, you can delete it because it will be created when Installing or Uninstalling the dll file. 
How to Uninstall

- Click Uninstall.DLL

You mean associate .7zip with WinRAR? Yeah, i think it's possible.
