Nice and clean UI; and easy to use. Thank you so much for developing & sharing this
I have a couple of questions:
1. Not sure if it's just my computer, but when creating an icon package, the "Browse for file..." under 'Target' does not do anything (Add Item --> Target (Select...) --> Browse for file...)
However, the second option "Select from List..." works great!
2. Since "Browse for file" option isn't working, is there a way to add items to the premade list? Do I just play with 'icond3rList.xml', or is there more to it?
3. Is it possible to change icons stored in system dll files? For example, the recycling bin image in imageres.dll Icon Group 54 and 55 (%systemroot%\System32\imageres.dll)
